I highly recommend Mall of Georgia Ford! I have been going to the service center for many years and every time I’ve gone either for oil changes to having work done they have always taking care of me! This past week I had to have phasers changed in my truck and in 1 DAY it was done! Can’t ask for anything better than that! BIG thanks to Donnie, Jeff, Sterling and Marilynn for taking care of me! I am very satisfied with my visit today! First time since I got my car that I got my free oil change that my MVP coverage I paid for 2 years ago when I bought the car new there! That I was supposed of gotten I got my car that I got my free oil change that my MVP coverage I paid for 2 years ago when I bought the car new there! That I was supposed of gotten (because I paid for it up front!) But, I was totally Satisfied,because someone took time to look it up without me asking! This, was a very nice experience today social distancing and all! I called Friday morning and they saw me at 10:30 this morning,which online it said there were no appointments available! Warranty Work Just Doesn't Pay Enough Picked up a warranty engine replacement. xx engine light came on within 3 miles of leaving dealership. The A/C compressor also had to be replaced during the repair at my expense... It didn't have a problem prior to coming into the shop. More
