I don't know the name of the individual technicians that serviced my Ford Ranger but they were waiting for me when I arrived for my first scheduled service. They explained exactly what they were going to do and told me it was covered by my extended warranty. The technician suggested an oil additive that was $20 and I agreed. I trust the people at Mall of Georgia Ford. After completing service of my Ranger the technician said everything was "perfect", and it runs like it. Previously they installed a new tonneau cover and it is perfect. More

Just out to get more money I went to get a simple alignment on my truck after I had some work done by my mechanic. They said that they were able to almost align it but that I ha I went to get a simple alignment on my truck after I had some work done by my mechanic. They said that they were able to almost align it but that I had to replace a bunch of front end parts to get it exact. After I paid I never was given the paper that shows the alignment information. Then I had to go raise xxxx to get it emailed to me and my mechanic looked at it and said they didn't hardly do anything. They were supposed to check some things and find out what was going on with the steering and nobody even did anthing. So I brought it back and they said they cant do anything until i replace the parts again even though my mechanic said those parts were fine and then they didnt need replacement. Cant recommend them at all based in my experience there. So i still have a truck that's not aligned and I'm out $89. More

Damage to seat back after oil change, etc. service I was in for an oil change and battery replacement on I believe Wednesday 9/25/19. As I was getting out of my truck on Friday I noticed a slice in the driver seat back. We immediately emailed Tony Owens about it with pictures. He said we would look into it. I have called and emailed him repeatedly since then with no response. Today is 10/25/19. I said if I didn’t get a response today I would escalate through the management at MOGA Ford. During this time I needed 4 new tires a 1200-1500 sale. I gave my business to Pep Boys because of the lack of response. Records will show I’ve got all my service for last 2-3 years at MOGA Ford. Unless resolved satisfactorily that will change. This truck is my 2nd new vehicle purchased there. I’m considering a new F250 or F350 possibly within the next 6 months. Due to this situation I may buy elsewhere. More
