Ford dealer cannot repair a Ford Taurus Took my 2004 Taurus to have air bled out of power str system. I had to replace a pressure line and was unable to bleed the air out ( noisy pump) I am Took my 2004 Taurus to have air bled out of power str system. I had to replace a pressure line and was unable to bleed the air out ( noisy pump) I am was a dealer mechanic for GM fir 18 years and thought the Ford dealer could repair this fir me. They tried to bleed the system but said the pump was causing air to enter the system so they said you need a pump. Long story short the replaced the pump with a Ford rebuilt pump. Still noise and getting louder. Had to get my car repaired at an independent shop in Oakwood GA Tommy Hyde Total Auto Service. Google it. My receipt from dealer said No Guarantee so I could not go back but I did after Tommy completely repaired my car. Scotty a service writer ( used to be a service manger ? ) said It would I’m likely that I would receive any money back. Had to go back three times before they would listen to me ( Scotty said he would call me but never did ) $180 returned fir a junk rebuilt pump out of $600 bill. Scotty photo copies my bill and left it on the director/ service mangers desk and I waited for around 3 weeks but no one called me. Why would they because they would have to give back some of there profits to make a customer happy. it cost me additional $350 to get my car repaired correctly by Tommy but was happy to pay that bill. Funny Tommy used to be a Ford Mechanic. Don’t use this dealer, find another or Total Automotive Service for real customer service. More

Multiple service visits to figure out the problem I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the i I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the issue persisted even after 2 repairs (1 at a different service center and 1 at Mall of Georgia Ford). We had just moved to Georgia so I needed it fixed quickly so I could pass the emissions test and register my car. Scottie provided great customer service. He understood that the situation was stressful and he worked with my schedule (dropping off and picking up my son from preschool). The customer service team arranged shuttle and Lyft service, and Scottie arranged a rental car for the last few days of the ordeal. All in all, we spent $1900 to fix a stupid check engine light with 3 separate fixes. Scottie and the customer service we received made the experience much better than it could it have been. I am grateful that the 3rd repair seems to have done the trick and the Check Engine light has not turned back on. I will definitely return to Mall of Georgia Ford when the car needs service again. More
