I was in the office the week prior with in my 36000 miles for an oil change. We noticed the next week there was a space in the glove box and took it in to Bufford for. We were made to believe that we purchas for an oil change. We noticed the next week there was a space in the glove box and took it in to Bufford for. We were made to believe that we purchased a platinum number to number warranty through ford. They explained that it was not covered and it would cost almost $800 dollars to repair. No options or attempt to repair the only option was replacing. We felt they could have worked with us but they declined to do so. More
