The team is very professional, however, the cam phaser repair has not resolve engine issues. The truck is going back for its third related service in Barrie ON Canada on May 5th. Service during COVID19 I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their employees were using any protective gears. No gloves, no masks etc. They treated me and my car just as in any normal day. You have to be careful if you are planning to visit this service center. More

I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff when I brought my F150 in for warranty work. My Service Advisor met with me and we discussed the issues I was having with my vehicle. I actually felt like h brought my F150 in for warranty work. My Service Advisor met with me and we discussed the issues I was having with my vehicle. I actually felt like he cared about my transportation predicament. He provided me with a loaner vehicle which was equal to my truck that was being serviced. Not some little compact car that would fit into the back of my truck. I also asked my Advisor if he'd look at my blinker which had a fast blink, this normally means there's a burned-out lamp. He said he'd take care of it and I'd have my truck back by the end of the week. Take into consideration this service is being done during the coronavirus pandemic. Half of the service staff and mechanics were staying home and there were parts that had to be ordered and delivered to the dealership. So I was prepared for this to take longer than what the Advisor had promised me. Friday afternoon I received a call from the sevice department telling me my truck was fixed and ready to go...exactly when it was supposed to be. I returned the loaner and was given paperwork for the service. I was expecting to pay a small balance because of the blinker which is typically not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Surprisingly there was a zero balance due. The Advisor met with me and explained the work that was done stating that it was running great. I was done with the paperwork, had my keys and out of the dealership within 10 minutes of arriving. I was anxious to get behind the wheel because I've heard "we fixed it" and "it runs great" many times before only to find out a mile down the road that the vehicle is in worse shape than before it was dropped off. But this time I was pleasantly surprised. My truck was running great, the blinker was working and the interior was clean and sanitized. Overall I would rate this service experience a 10 out of 10...which almost never happens. Mall of GA FORD's Service Department did an awesome job. I have told my family and friends about my experience and would highly reccomend them. Thank You Mall of GA FORD! GREAT JOB!👍 More
