I had a really bad experience with one of the service advisors, but after the bad experience I was met with the GM of Ford. He called me and handled my problems with the service I had the first time. Sterling is the service advisor manager and he was great help the second go around. I’ve been to the mall of Georgia Ford a few times and I’ve never really had a problem like this, I guess it’s who you get as your service advisor. Will I recommend mall of Georgia ford to a friend? Probably not, but I will recommend Sterling or Oscar to your service advisor if they do go to Mall of Georgia Ford. After a complaint they did fix my truck for no charge. I know now for future reference I have to ask for certain people to be my advisor when I go in there now. At the end of the day they did very well of handling my problems. More

Every time I come to MoGa Ford all of the employees are constantly hustling and working together as a team and k the service department is excellent! "Fixed" 3 Times under Warrenty, but not the 4th I am total dissatisfied. We had the same issue "fixed" 3 times under warranty, and now the car is out of warranty so i had to pay for the repairs. I am total dissatisfied. We had the same issue "fixed" 3 times under warranty, and now the car is out of warranty so i had to pay for the repairs. I suspect we will have the same issue again in a couple years. I was bounced back and forth between the dealership and Ford. All were nice folks but no one would step up to cover the costs in any material way. And i am a Ford customer, in addition to this mustang, I have had an Expedition and 3 Trucks over the past 20 years. More
