Dully truck The service rendered at first was not customer satisfactory. I put in a complaint and it is being remedied. Acceptable service I have been having my F-150 serviced here for the past 8 years. Overall I have been happy with the service I have received. My one big complaint is that even with an appointment and just getting an oil change it takes hours. I hate wasting half of a Saturday or using a half of a vacation day just for an oil change. It would be nice if they could guarantee a half hour or less or even an hour or less. I was also a little disappointed when I came in to get my battery that was under warranty replaced and the advisor initially said that he couldn’t find where I had purchased the battery there and then after clearing that up he tried to charge me $29.98 for “battery service” when it was supposed to be a free replacement. That experience has resulted in a loss of trust. More
