Also, in this last go around they recommended a radiador flush only to cause bigger issues where I had to then pay them an additional $700 for horn. Service at this dealership varies. The worst experience I had was dealing with a recall. The parts took a long time to get there and the dealership did not know what to do with them once they had them. T I had was dealing with a recall. The parts took a long time to get there and the dealership did not know what to do with them once they had them. They told me to make an appointment to come in. I did that. Showed up and they sent me to another facility. I got to that shop and they said they don’t do that type of work and told me to go back to the shop. I drove back only to be told that they had to contact Ford to find out how to install the roof window on my 2016 transit connect titanium. The best service I had was when they helped me get my keys back that I left in the Lyft vehicle. I have to admit that the service has gotten slightly better since the first of this year. Hopefully that will be a trend as I have to take the connect in for another recall. More

" The customer is always right?" Not here. The rear end of my 2019 F150 has been bouncing around the roads for years. I've had it there 5 times and not one service has been performed. I get told every time of my 2019 F150 has been bouncing around the roads for years. I've had it there 5 times and not one service has been performed. I get told every time that they didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Totally normal. This is my 3rd F150 and I also have 2006 F250 and 2008 F450. So I know exactly how a truck is suppose to ride. My 2019 is hands down the roughest and most uncomfortable ride of them all. I am not a mechanic but I am and always have been a truck owner. If I take it in 5 times in two years and say it's bouncing as if the bed isn't fully attached and I'm concerned for the safety of my two little girls bouncing in the backseat, I don't want to be told " no its not." It finally started making a noise as pushed on the rear bumper. A creaking noise. Apparently that's normal for a 2019 F150 FX4. Not any other truck or vehicle I've ever seen, but mine specifically. "It's just the plastic sleeve rubbing on the shock." I'm not the smartest guy in the world, nor a mechanic, but that's not normal. One side but not the other? Something tells me that something isn't even. I drive it everyday. It's not right. I have a strange feeling that the next time I take it up there, they will find an issue. And they will tell me it's just a coincidence that my warranty just expired. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely do it somewhere else. More

Very clea very well furnished and everything was in great condition. HVAC was working to maintain a pleasant waiting area.
