Brought my truck for recall notice. I was told they do not do the recall on trucks in the south…I was called and told we need rear break pads…I went ahead and over paid for them. I was shocked my truck w not do the recall on trucks in the south…I was called and told we need rear break pads…I went ahead and over paid for them. I was shocked my truck would need rear pads before the front pads were changed. 3 days later my truck ran hot and the coolant was empty in the reservoir…They inspected my truck and would have noticed it was empty or they emptied it. I didn’t bring it back because there is no trust! While I was waiting for my truck someone questioned their bill. Service told them they charge them $250 to test the rear camera even though the gentleman brought the vehicle in and said the rear view camera didn’t work. They told him it would be $500 to replace the camera. His bill was $780. A guy in my office took his truck for a recall notice and they called and told him he needed a new engine for $13k…he didn’t get a new engine and his truck before and after has had no issues. He told me not to take it in…but I did. Your service advisors are doing a great job for Mall of Georgia Ford but I won’t be back. I’m not going to a place I don’t trust. Thanks! JD More
