I went there by appointment Nov. 1, 2021 for simple maintenance service, tire rotation, etc. was charged for work that I did not ask for nor was notified about. When I brought it up, nobody could expla maintenance service, tire rotation, etc. was charged for work that I did not ask for nor was notified about. When I brought it up, nobody could explain what was actually done to my car nor why it was done. It was a small charge (about $10) but it makes me wary on their procedures should I have a significant issue More

Brian was my service Advisor, he took good care of me and programmed a new key fob and cut me a new key. Haven’t been in your service department in several months. Not sure why you are asking me to rate you right now. However, compared to Toyota and Nissan car service, Ford ranks bare minimum.
