The oil filter was not tightened properly and was leaking.. I hope the loss of oil dd not damage the motor. I took it back to get ithe filter tightened and oil addd. Service has been inconvenient and unacceptable. Took my car for oil change & tire rotation. Came back making noise! Took it back and was told struts needed replacing. Was told they may have been knocked loose during tire rotation. Scheduled appointment for the following week. Part on backorder. Waisted trip. Now told the part won't be in until January. Noone called me. I had to call! I'm so over this. More

I think the dealership has gone down some overall. Since I bought my car 12 years ago from this dealership … I have had all my services performed my Mall of Georgia Ford. For the first 10 years I Since I bought my car 12 years ago from this dealership … I have had all my services performed my Mall of Georgia Ford. For the first 10 years I was satisfied with all the services rendered. The quality of the work was excellent. The dealership was easy to do business with. I didn’t feel like I was over paying. I probably could have taken my car somewhere else and probably saved a little. But because of the service and ease of doing business … I stayed loyal to this dealership. These past few years the competency of the service advisors has gone down and their customer service has diminished some. In the past the service advisor would do what he/she could do to keep the price down. Not so much anymore. To add insult to injury … the dealership started charging fees on credit card transactions.
