I am also extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism I received and the time frame in which the repair was completed. Our car was multiple times in the shop but they could not fix the proble, Finally they stated their service department is a separate legal entity from the sales dealership. We should bring the car to the sales dealership. The sales dealership sent us back to that service department. Finally they refused to repair the car stating they do not get technical support from Ford. This is a dealership to not buy a car from. More
