When I met Noah Langan last time he clearly said that he does not read emails thats why I’m not sending anymore emails. They know about what happened and they have the evidence to support or deny my claim but looks like they don’t want to admit that they have damaged my rims. I will give them some time to reach me out before escalating to the next level. But will definitely will NOT leave it here!

I sent an email to Santiago Santos and Noah Langan last Monday 7/06/26 and attached photos of the damaged rims but have NOT received any reply yet. I’m trying to resolve this matter professionally and in good faith. I will wait five (5) more business days before escalating to the next level.
