I have only been to the Service Dept recently. It took nearly two hours for a routine oil change ... ridiculous. Also I did not feel sufficient safety precautions were taken. Great buying experience, and quite pleasant considering most buying processes take all day. The staff was friendly and portrayed a large amount of patience with me being that I had not purchased a vehicle most buying processes take all day.
