Service Department Overcharges Customers Took my 2008 Dodge Charger in for antifreeze leak. The mechanic performed a pressure test ($60.00) on coolant system to locate the leak. After performing the test, I was told that the water pump and the coolant reservoir were both leaking and needed to be replaced. The service Rep. also advised that they would replace the thermostat and recommended flushing the coolant system. All this at a cost of over $850.00. I stated that the quote appeared very high to me and the service rep. said that they were cheaper than any other dealer in the area. After making a few phone calls I learned this was NOT TRUE! Long story short, I picked up my vehicle and took it elswhere for repairs. Turns out all my car needed was a new water pump and the coolant system flushed at a total cost of $381.00. I will never have any of my vehicle serviced at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep again. The owner is also VERY RUDE and has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! More

Terrible Experience Overall I purchased a car recently from this dealership that I am very pleased with. However, due to the service and overall experience with this dealership, I purchased a car recently from this dealership that I am very pleased with. However, due to the service and overall experience with this dealership, I wished I could take it back. First of all, when I purchased the car they slipped an gap insurance and an extended warranty in on me without asking, on a car that had a 100,000 mile warranty with 17k on it, 2 years old. I understand it was partially my fault for not reading completely over the contract while there. However, when you are at a dealership for over three hours, you are just ready to go. I think this dealership took advantage of that. A week later I called to cancel both. Once it was finally cancelled I was told it could be up to a month before I received the check. A month later I called and was told that only the extended warranty had been cancelled and that it would be another before they received the gap. A month later I called back and was told they had it and that it would go out on Tuesday. I live in the same state as this dealership by the way. So a week later and no check I call back and am told that "they just got so busy" and that it would be in the mail the next day. Sure takes a lot of effort to put a check in the mail. Anyways I finally get the check over three months later. $3400 worth of charges for services that I didn't even get asked that if I wanted them. Needless to say I cannot recommend them. More

Worse dealership ever I went in for an oil change and a detail. They gave me my car back half detailed and 2 cracked headlights. The owner is very rude and disrespectful and sure don't care about his customers.I called the police to the dealership to make a report. When I left I took my car straight to the dodge dealership on hwy 120 and had my car checked out. I was told the buford dodge dealership sprayed some chemicals on my headlights which caused them to crack and they gave me a price of $2,443.90 to replace my lights. Please save yourself a headache and go to dodge on pleasant hill rd or the one on hwy 120 which have very experienced worker's and not hiring anybody off the streets xxxxxxx up your cars. More

Always great service! I have purchased 3 cars from here and have never had a bad experience. Which didnt explain why it was having other electrical issues or voltage problems once started if batteries are bad alternator will take over and regulate,.. but I guess these ppl treat everyone like their stupid,.. never again refused service,.. which was quoted at nearly 700 more dollars which I feel certain would not fix the problem,.. do not use these guys after they saw I wouldn't pay anymore had to go and get my own car from the back,.. took truck to A1 auto electric, .. fixed in one day for 150.00 dollars no new batteries needed.. I was right!!!!!! More

Charged $2000 for a $500 lift kit! I purchased a 2017 jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport. The sales person was very nice and very knowledgeable was able to negotiate the lift and wheels a I purchased a 2017 jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport. The sales person was very nice and very knowledgeable was able to negotiate the lift and wheels and tires to get done at the dealership because the general manager stated they will guarantee to match or beat any price in Georgia without sacrificing quality so I thought. I was told I was getting a $1400 lift kit $600 install and then $2500 for New 20 inch wheels and 35 inch tires. They took the wheels and tires off of another jeep on the lot and put them on mine which is not a big deal they are still new wheels. But they installed a $375 Rubicon express 2.5 inch lift kit and charge me over $2000 for it! I guess the general manager Bobby Stevens was out to make as much money as he could off of the lift and wheels instead of giving me what I was told I was getting for $4500 More
