Awesome Customer Service I recently took my car in for my first oil change and Marcos Martinez was my Service Rep. I had previously taken my daughter's car in to be serviced a I recently took my car in for my first oil change and Marcos Martinez was my Service Rep. I had previously taken my daughter's car in to be serviced and he was my rep then as well. Each time he was very professional, courteous and attentive, and the work by technician Gary Thighpen was done in a timely manner. I would like to thank both of them for making my visit a great experience. The waiting room was very clean and the employees were very friendly when passing through. The coffee was great as well. Terrible Very disrespectful. Salesman was doing a happy dance in front of his co-workers and high fiving the Finance Manager when he thought we were not lookin Very disrespectful. Car was detailed very poorly and some damage was on the rear bumper I did not see until after I left the lot. All in all I would say Buyer Beware never was more applicable than at this Dealer. More
