Horrible experience It started off ok. I was pushed into buying a car like I was with Paragon, surprisingly, but everything that followed after was a disaster. I was purc It started off ok. I was pushed into buying a car like I was with Paragon, surprisingly, but everything that followed after was a disaster. I was purchasing a 2012 Honda Accord Se with low mileage, however, I was given the wrong vin number. I took out insurance on the wrong car. I found this out when I decided to look up the carfax on this car. The car had 7 listed accidents so I decided to get my $1,000 deposit refunded. As I went for a refund, I was constantly bombarded with different employees to try to change my mind into buying this car. It took almost two hours to get a refund request put into place. Finally, thinking it was all over, it had just begun. I was promised my deposit would be refunded within five business days. I called the day of and spoke to the receptionist Meghan who placed me on hold numerous times, to tell me rudely she didn't see my name listed for a refund. Well thank god I asked for a copy of my refund request. After, she finally found my name she stated that it was NEVER PUT IN!!! I told her I needed my money today and I was told, "well what would you have done if you didn't have the money in the first place." Really??? I asked to speak with the manager who was also of no help. Finally, waiting another three days I was refunded my money and able to use the rest for my down payment elsewhere. Will never purchase or attempt to purchase from Major World. BUYER BEWARE. More

I feel the area of financing could have been better. He wasn't positive in regards to my situation. I felt he was very discouraging and trying to force me to give more money that I didn't have.
