He took care of the entire process from start to finish with ease. I literally walked in at 3:00pm and by 6:30pm, I was driving off the lot. Talese was my closing agent. Great Experience Overall I had a great experience when I purchased my car on 05/30/15. My salesperson Nurik and Franco were extremely helpful and very direct and to the point! I had a great experience when I purchased my car on 05/30/15. My salesperson Nurik and Franco were extremely helpful and very direct and to the point!! My only complaint is the process of once youve bought the car and signed the paperwork to once you are driving off the lot. There was a huge lapse in time between the two. And it was very noticeable that the service department is extremely slow and couldnt be found to get the long line of cars to be washed and ready to go. But overall it was a great experience, Nurik, Franco and Talese were absolutely GREAT!!!! More
