My Old 2010 to My New 2015 My experience with Major world dates back with different people and the service wasn't that great! For me I felt lucky to get in and out! I purchased My experience with Major world dates back with different people and the service wasn't that great! For me I felt lucky to get in and out! I purchased my 2010 3 years ago; a new battery was needed a month later, which they changed, after that, no problems with my vehicle. A friend of mine told me maybe it's time to upgrade, I must admit I was reluctant to do the upgrade; if it's not broken why fix it? I went along and did it anyway. I got to Major and Hugo was pleasant, he worked with me till the end; I purchased a Chrysler 200 2015 and went on my way. one day later the motherboard for the vehicle shut down in traffic, but the car was still operational. I went back to Major and they tried their best to get that motherboard back up; it failed and I was given another vehicle. I'm pleased with my interaction this time around. More
