Stay Away! I called before heading there to verify the price of the vehicle and all details (I drove over 35 miles to get to Major World). When I get there the seller tells me the price is only if you meet a long list of criteria. They try to sucker you many ways there. Worst experience I EVER had and I've purchased many vehicles. RUN away Don't walk but RUN away from this place. Came to test drive a few cars. Freezing cold day. Was made to walk the lot each time while they searched for Don't walk but RUN away from this place. Came to test drive a few cars. Freezing cold day. Was made to walk the lot each time while they searched for each car instead of them pulling it up while we waited inside warmer building. Car 1 was ok except the person knew nothing about it (even how to properly fold down back seats.) I asked to have car 2 pulled out of its spot before test drive so I could check out the trunk. Car would not start after trunk was checked out because it was 100% out of gas. Car 3 didnt have ANY battery in it. Car 4 I again asked to pull out so I can see trunk. It wouldn't start again due to dead battery and had to be jumped. While we were waiting for it to be jumped a guy in a golf cart came with gas for car 2 AND DROVE INTO THE OPEN DRIVER DOOR OF CAR 4!!! Car 4 also needed more gas and the tire pressure was so low that you could hear it and we were allowed to test drive it like that. While I walked the lot there were four RAZOR BLADES just laying around. I assume they are used to scrap stuff off windshield but they can easily be driven over. This place clearly has more car than it can handle properly. Run away. More

Thausan of dollars.this outrages they put new ball joints an they put car out Of alignment an they don’t want to do alignment I have to paid $120.00$ for this.o know many people Have many problems at this dealer..be aware of what they sell you.. Not to mention they put old tires (with the tread coming out) after they inspected my car. When i got my certified pre owned 2016 car i was told they did an oil change... the oil was BLACK! Terrible just terrible ! Should be out of business... More

Ray Ventura was the primary salesman who sold me the vehicle. He gave me a demonstration of the vehicle's features. And he even let another sales person, named Sebastian give me a presentation as well. Both were very informed of the vehicle's capabilities. I met 5 people at this dealership, and each person made me feel like it was a team effort to put me in a vehicle. Believe me, when I say that I am a tough sell. I heard the common sales techniques. But I also told the truth about my situation. When I told the truth, then I feel like Mr. Ventura really went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that evening. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze LT. Thank you, Mr. Ventura, and thank you team. I recommend Major World. I think with so many vehicles, there should be no reason not to drive away from the dealership without a vehicle in your price range. John Lewis More
