I responded that I wanted pictures before I was going to do anything further with their company. Denise responded telling me how big their lot was and how many cars they had on any given day just come on in. I responded wanting to know if she even read my emails and said remove me from the email list and do not contact me again. Denise responded with a picture of one of their advertisements, I really did laugh out loud, this place is a joke and a scam bait and switch rip off artist. I'm out of State and very happy I did not waste my time going to this xxxx hole. Talese, Dominique and Chastity were also very friendly which made us feel at ease, as we signed away our lives (smile). They truly worked as a team, which was refreshing to witness! He was very polite, friendly and honest...honest as far as the type of vehicles I was selecting...which in my sense...he too made sense...Santana showed me a few newer vehicles, and the 3rd vehicle he showed me...Made my day, after he showed me 3 more, I was convinced with the vehicle that I wanted. After, Santana took me to finance department, there, I believe I met with Ricardo, and he too was sincere and honest, honesty enough that he brought my payments even lower by the end of day. Before my experience with Major World I didn't want to visit dealerships without a male(s), i.e: father, brothers, etc. I also didn't like a female dealer assisting me. I met with Laura Wilfinger. She did NOT pressure, rush or contradict my expectations. She was insightful and HONEST. Very different from the usual car dealer steriotype. Once I found the vehicle, she brought me to Erick Mendoza, Finance Manager. Mr. Mendoza was a true gentleman. Easy going and also HONEST. He brought me a reasonable finance package. From there we go to Oscar Garcia, Insurance Specialist. He quickly matched me with a car insurance company that was reasonable in price. Overall, I would recommend you visit Major World. Go Figure!! =^) More
