Great experience I must say that after several attempts to make it to major world spoke to 3 different phone reps I was finally able to schedule an appt with Michelle I must say that after several attempts to make it to major world spoke to 3 different phone reps I was finally able to schedule an appt with Michelle who was very helpful. my main goal was to hopefully leave there with a new car for me and my family upon arriving a major world I was greeted by wesnel who immediately began helping me and assuring me that I was in good hands and that he'll do all he can to help and he did exactly that I had a 2005 Lincoln aviator with no transmission and was given a great price for a trade in on top of that wesnel helped me to find a car to my liking and a a reasonable price thou I went on a Sunday and was pressed for time he was able to start the process he promised to give me a call the following day with an update nd hopefully with good news as to come pick up my car as promised I received that call nd was able to go back and finalize everything thou it was a long process it was very well worth wait Erick the finance manager was able to get me a great deal as far as financing which was wonderful for me and once the process was complete it was a breeze after they serviced nd washed my car as I was inside with Yolanda nd ms Diana finishing up the necessary paper work that took absolutely no time at all. I just am very appreciative nd thankful to all of major world for helping me to purchase my very own first car. Great customer service skills they all had ???? More

Horrible place of business Where do I start..? This place is just awful. Once they take your money, they avoid you. I went there after hearing ads on the radio about bad credit Where do I start..? This place is just awful. Once they take your money, they avoid you. I went there after hearing ads on the radio about bad credit and everyone's approved. So I get there at 12noon, to purchase two vehicles. The salesman, if they are even salesman because all they do is hand off your information to a finanacing manager ..(?) anyway, shows me what's available to purchase..So he's giving me a car that's been in an accident an 09 chevy Malibu and then he realizes he doesn't have the title. So they switch the car to a 2011 chevy cruze, now before this is being done I specifically asked if the monthly payments would be the SAME.. they said YES! So I took his word for it, silly me! As I'm signing the papers, he's talking distracting me saying this is all we discussed so I'm signing away, since we spoke over this already. It is not 10pm.. I'm heading home, they never test drove my car because they knew the GAS. Tank was in E! Empty, that was the same case for my sister vehicle as well. So I get home and I'm reviewing all that was signed, and of course the monthly payments are higher than what he said they would be.... Just a place filled with crooks, stay away. More

Worst dealership that I been to This dealership is not worth considering for your next vehicle. They advertise very low prices on the Internet and when you go there, either the car h This dealership is not worth considering for your next vehicle. They advertise very low prices on the Internet and when you go there, either the car has been through an accident and damaged or no such car exists. Carfax will show a very pretty picture though. When I raised about the low prices with the manager, he said ,,, why should I sell my cars for such cheap prices when others are selling for high. Ofcourse that is something they should ask themselves before advertising. The rest of the cars shown are not cleaned. The sales person told me that they are sold as is with out even washing them. The sales area is a big room with lot of desks and looks like a fair and not an office. The sales person just wants to sell some car and don't want to show a better car which is of interest. He wants to take up my case only if I promise to buy a car that day .. wierd. I can easily see they are not going to help us with any issues that may crop up. after buying. Asking for courtesy and respect is greed. They are not ready to show the inspection report and car fax. God only knows why should anyone go to a dealership to buy a car if they are not giving any assurance about the car and any report. My credit history was hard inquired even though I was promised that it is going to be a soft inquiry. No one is there to answer when I understood about this from my credit report. If you like any car and ask for the price, the price would be higher than a certified car in the market. When I am trying to negotiate on the whole price, they start asking about how much EMI I can pay and lengthen the loan term. 4-5 people will surround you and try to intimidate and impress on you to take a decision. When I am exhausted with the process, I said a bye and left the dealership. A lot of time and energy is wasted due to their false advertising tactics and false information over the phone. We cannot trust this dealership and their cars. More

GO ELSEWHERE SO... for those who are unaware of this dealership...Here's a warning - GO ELSEWHERE!! I went there looking to purchase a vehicle from them. I submitt SO... for those who are unaware of this dealership...Here's a warning - GO ELSEWHERE!! I went there looking to purchase a vehicle from them. I submitted a credit check on line (BIG MISTAKE on my part)...lesson learned. The person who "assisted" us was telling me that with my salary from work - I could afford a higher payment than what I was looking to pay..I told him I DIDN'T want to pay more...I was pretty firm on my monthly payment. He then said..."we don't have anything here for you then". So, I left. Later that evening I received a call from someone who asked about my experience. I told her that the CLEARLY did not want my business. She apologized and stated that they DID want my business. She also stated.."you have good credit". I stated "I KNOW" ( that's not why I went there). I gave her another chance to make things right...AS they had already made a HARD INQUIRY on my credit. She turned out to be NO help at all. Despite my reaching out to THEM....They truly showed their colors and showed me that the DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. Waste of time and ding on my credit score...GO ELSEWHERE More

Love It! The first time I went to Major World I left disappointed because the sales person that assisted me didn't listen to me at all. The sales person that assisted me was very pleasant, polite and very attentive. He listen to every word that I said. He show me a variety of cars and let me tell he knows about car and won't just tell you choose this to make a sell. He will show you cars base on your needs and wants and on how much you are willing to spend. I call him an expert in cars he definitely knows what he is selling you. I purchase a 2014 Nissan Versa in May and so far have no complaints. The car is practically new it only had 32 miles and thats basically from moving it around the lot.
