Started okay but then... First time visiting major world and had no plan to purchase right away. However, I was able to get the price I wanted, the interest rate I wanted and First time visiting major world and had no plan to purchase right away. However, I was able to get the price I wanted, the interest rate I wanted and they paid me for my old car. Everyone was friendly and professional but when we left the dealer to put gas in the car. I noticed a crack in the front spoiler, bumper and a scratch on the logo. I contacted the salesperson and was going to bring the car back but he said its ok you telling me now bring it tomorrow because I’m gone for the night. The next day he told my husband there was nothing he could do and was given the run around until he went back to Victor. Long story short the parts were ordered but not the bumper. I contacted Jedd who stated he was never informed about the bumper only the grill and the Chevy logo but ensured me that he would take a look at the car when I came in to swap the parts. This was something that was not there when we initially saw the car and took it for a test drive. Apparently, staff damaged the car where aware of it and were not honest. Waiting on the parts and now have to fight to have the bumper that they clearly cracked fixed. Just be aware when purchasing, double check the car you are purchasing and do not let them rush you as they tend to do. More
