Came in for 25000 mile check up. I had been having a problem with low pressure driver side tier. Told the service desk about the problem and had the tires inspected. I was assured I had been having a problem with low pressure driver side tier. Told the service desk about the problem and had the tires inspected. I was assured that the low pressure would be taken care of. No low pressure when I picked up vehicle. Low pressure indicator is on and it appears the driver side rear tire has low pressure, problem has not been solved. More

My appointment was at 10:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. At noon they said they hadn't even started. They then said that they were three hours behind.
