It took almost as long to deal with checking in and recovering my car after the service was performed. It took about an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation and 45 minutes to get in and out. It took about a half-hour to get my car from the time I came to pick it up.It was an unnecessary series of hurry up and wait. I called about an hour later to complain and left a phone messagecwith service. I never got a return call. They have processes designed to waste the customers time and do not care about it. More

I had issues with the ride service offerings for rides to and from my house during service. I believe my service advisor needs more training as they did not put in the request correctly the first time and ha and from my house during service.
