I feel like the staff are willing to answer questions and well trained to provide customer service. I feel more confident coming here than the closer Toyota dealership to our home, Maita staff seem to pay mo well trained to provide customer service. I will say that waits are long, even with an appointment, and sometimes there is pressure from people to perform services that I just can't pay for or don't seem needed but that seems pretty common for any shop. My car was in for a routine and scheduled service. I arrived at 7:00 and did not leave until almost 10:00. The service was a tire rotation, inspection, and replacement of the rear wiper blade.
