I used to love the personalization from the employees which resulted in my loyalty when there are so many choices, including personalization and less expensive. In todays environment, there is no customer recognition and even making an appointment does not feel any different from being a drive up. The current staff could benefit from some great customer service training! How do you retain your customer base and have repeat clientele who would also believe in your other services? Went in for 20000 miles service. Waited at dealership as service was performed. Upon service completion, service advisor only notified me that it was done. Service advisor did not go over the results of the service was performed. Upon service completion, service advisor only notified me that it was done. I did not receive any paper work regarding the services performed, ie: tire thread, battery status, wiper status,etc. I only received a paper receipt for the amount paid. Which was over a hundred dollars. Not my first time regarding vehicle maintenance at this dealership. Prior services performed here were excellent. Probably will take my vehicle to another dealership for future service. More
