Nathan, my service coordinator was great. He made suggestions for future repairs and kept me informed as my car was going though service. 2.5 hours was too long of a wait for oil change. I feel my time is not important to you. I was there for over 2hr , service person made little effort to tell me my car was ready. I walked to desk to ask see if my car was ready And it was!!
