ive had vexing intermittent problems with my navigation & bluetooth almost as long as I've had my car. This latest appointment was a follow up to an earlier appointment where it looked like the problem was s bluetooth almost as long as I've had my car. This latest appointment was a follow up to an earlier appointment where it looked like the problem was solved. The service manager finally determined a software update might fix the problem, so I purchased a new card, he installed it & the navigation works great now. Still having intermittent bluetooth problems, but that's a compatability issue between my iPhone & the car's software that can't be fixed. The service department did everything they could, & kept at it, till they got it the best possible. I'm satisfied with what they were able to do, & will keep taking my car to the dealer for future repairs. More

A couple of things changed since I was last here, and not for the better. I used to be able to get a ride to and from the shop, now it's just one way, I'm suppose to get my own way back. This is one of the reasons I like to go to dealerships is for the service. I don't mind paying a little extra to get this. Second, and the worst part, is I was quoted to have my brakes pads and rotors turn for $850, and my service associate said this was not a replacement of the rotors. I'm not an idiot, I know how to use Google. This service should be anywhere from $200 to $300. I realize that the associate was new, but this price is unacceptable. Why would I want to come back as I feel I'm getting taken advantage of them. I bought my car hear and have gone nowhere else for maintenance, but I'm thinking I should now look elsewhere. More
