I waited in the clean and relatively quiet waiting area while it was being checked. It was a pleasant wait and the smog check was completed within the estimated time. The very next day I had to bring in my 2004 Prius because the Check Engine Light came on. I waited again in the waiting area until the Prius had been checked. The Service Advisor told me what needed to be done, the cost estimate including labor, and the repair time. He offered me and I received a free rental while my Prius was repaired, so I could get to my afternoon appointment. The Prius was repaired within the estimated time and the repair cost was under the estimate. More

He also suggested doing the next maintenance service since it was within 500 miles to save me a trip. I call Marlon for all my problems/questions. He has always been courteous, professional, and knowledgable. More

For the most part I am always pleased with the service. It's generally fast since I don't make appointments for the most part and unless it's a bigger job. Today, my Adviser was Lawrence Rochelle. He was a very nice person, most helpful, honest and very professional. After sitting in the lounge for almost and hour he came over to tell me that they were just finishing up with my car. I really appreciated this information . It gave me heads up that I didn't have much longer to wait and I like that. Also, when I first drove up, the young man that took my information was very professional too. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. More

Originally was told repair would take about a day, so I rented a car from rental department for an appointment I rescheduled. I received no updates regarding more time being needed to repair my car. Since the rental car was due back in 24 hr. I left two messages for my service advisor and did not get a return call. I called a third time and left a message for my service advisor saying I was driving over to return the rental. My car was not ready and I had to repeat process to rent for another day. Then after paying over $1200 for repair work, not even my front window was cleaned. I was happy that I did not have to pay for the additional rental day. More

My only disappointment was that, for some reason, the person who serviced my car removed the child car seat and stuck it in the back compartment.
