Over the years there has been a serious effort to improve. My experience on Dec. 30 was because of a flat tire and the replacement of the flat. So without an appointment I came in and was taken care of efficiently. The bad part was that I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get a new tire put on. My service person did explain that there were a lot of other customers with tire problems. More

money pit I don't own a Toyota myself but my mother does and i'm the mechanic in the family so i do know the average cost of routine work like brakes rotors air I don't own a Toyota myself but my mother does and i'm the mechanic in the family so i do know the average cost of routine work like brakes rotors air filters oil oil filters spark plugs cv boots and the such and my mother has brought her vehicle to this shop for every single service and at first i thought great that should keep the car running good but then i noticed she was always having repairs done and the price was going up and up and the car barely has 120'000 miles on it now you might think i talking about 2 or 3 or 4 hundred dollars but that would be a huge improvement. at 100'000 miles we had the normal expensive tune up but then at 115 we had another 5,000 dollar job and then at 120;000 miles i take the car in for my mom and another 500 is what it cost to service this time and you know what, when i told her the price she was relieved!!!! can you just imagine owning a car and you take it to the shop to have it checked out and because the cost of every other trip to the shop has been so expensive that you actually feel relief when you here 500 dollars? so you do what you want but i feel that bringing your car here is like throwing money in the garbage and as far as customer service yeah how about customer dis-service I had a 8;30am appointment and realized i would not make it on time so at 8am as soon as they would answer the phone i called and asked if i could be 30 minutes late and the receptionist told me if i was that late i would be treated as a walk in and i should expect to wait longer. Another excellent experience at Maita. I took my Prius in for its 65K service on Wed. 12/27. I was able to get the service appointment at a convenient time for me. This time I had my two ye I took my Prius in for its 65K service on Wed. 12/27. I was able to get the service appointment at a convenient time for me. This time I had my two year old granddaughter with me so I really appreciated the kid-friendly waiting room. She climbed all over the pirate ship, was entranced by the beautiful aquarium with tropical fish and enjoyed looking at all the shiny new cars. My service took only about one hour and, because I had also purchased my tires from Maita, was done at no charge! I’m a confirmed Maita customer. More

Maintenance and repair I would have given a 5 star however, the concern over the noise coming from my drivers window was not satisfactory. I have taken it back numerous time I would have given a 5 star however, the concern over the noise coming from my drivers window was not satisfactory. I have taken it back numerous times and still get the same response. I know it’s a Toyota brand issue but I would think that the service department would be better at attempting to solve the problem. Why have a warranty I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone n I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone not connected and see if it happens again and if it does they would replace the head unit. I took it back they did not replace the head unit and told me to drive with my phone disconnected again. Five minutes after I leave the dealership it happens again. The service writer wouldn’t call me back. They still haven’t fixed my tuck they just keep telling me to drive with my phone disconnected. Great customer service. More
