I went in to the dealership for a maintenance check up and was told that my rear brakes pad were at 6mm and by the time I came back that I will need to get that replaced. I came in 2 days later because my and was told that my rear brakes pad were at 6mm and by the time I came back that I will need to get that replaced. I came in 2 days later because my front brake pads needed to be repaired. I only drove home and to the dealership, but I was told when I got my front brake pads that my rear pads were at 4 and I should look to get them repaired. I asked how is it that my brake pads were so low in a few days when I did no driving, the representative claimed that they missed it when they did the check up the other day. Claiming that they had a certified master technician look at my brake pads, where a few days ago they did not. However, when I looked at the paperwork from both visits had different numbers than what I was being told about my brake pads which now has me concerned about my vehicle and if I should be able to drive it. The other thing is that I was told that the repair would take 1-2 hours and I was there for about 4 hours before my vehicle was finished. When my vehicle was suppose to be finish the representative claimed that something else needed to be done with my car but why did I have to wait 2 and half hours before I was informed about my car needed extra things to be done to it before it was finished. More
Had to wait a bit to get checked in for a 12:30 appt, but once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. I asked if I could get out by 3, he noted he would do everyt once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. He came and found me at 2:45 and sent me on my way. Definitely went out of his way to make sure my request was honored. More
