Usually great, but missed the mark this time First, the staff were helpful and I was treated well. However, I was disappointed in the results and followup. I asked for a car wash but when I picked up the car it wasn't washed. I asked for the results of the inspection via email but although I received the cover sheet, the attachment wouldn't open so I emailed Eddie and asked for it to be resent. I still haven't received it. I scheduled service for spark plug replacement at 120,000 miles that Bethany recommended as book service. She also suggested HV Battery Maintenance and Eddie said tie rods were wearing, all to be done on Thursday at an all day service appointment. Since I had questions re the spark plug service interval and the actual need for the battery maintenance I called Bethany. I was told she was with a customer so I left a number and asked for her to call. I never received a call. I subsequently cancelled the appointment and am considering alternatives. These concerns are unusual in the 20 years I've been a customer of Maita Toyota. More

On the whole positive w/ a few negatives When I arrived I pointed out to the young man that I only had 10983 miles on the car even though I bought it in )ct 2016. I asked him if they would wash it while they had it. When I got it back in 1 1/2 hours (fast!!) it wasn't washed -in fact they didn't even clean the front windshield. I keep my car clean to the extent that I use P & S Velocity Glaze on the finish. Ask any detailer about P & S products. I picked up the car and then went around the other side of the bldg to try and see Lorinda but she was off that day and a young lady showed me the answer to my question about bluetooth and was very informative. You folks have good personnel there.I believe the counter man was a young man named Ryan who was excellent. If I had mentioned the washing to him I'll bet it would've gotten done. Over all my experience was very positive. i also bought a 2006 Highlander from you folks ten yerars before this Rav 4. More
