First by the receptionist, then by Josh in the parts department and again by Lee, the. service writer who called us after talking to someone else who said there would be an extra charge, Lee Reloza is friendly and efficient. We like dealing with him. Josh in the parts department was also friendly. I don’t understand why I was not given a correct quote on replacing the locks in my car. The cost doubled from the first quote to the final bill. More

Timeliness Not the Best this experience When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Final When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Finally someone escorted me to a service advisor, but not the one I was assigned to, a little irritating. Then upon waiting for my vehicle in the afternoon after five hours I called the dealership, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that my service advisor needed to speak with me regarding my car and she couldn’t tell me if my car was ready. I asked for the service advisor to call me right away. When he did call me he stated he try to call me, although I had no missed calls from Maita. I have not run into this situation with this dealership before, I did notice that they were very overwhelmed today with customers and that’s probably what it was. More
