I was sent a video of some person screaming belligerently and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and dis and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and disgusting behavior that this service team seems to be proud of, I don’t understand why they would treat me like that when I’m just trying to get my vehicle serviced and bringing them revenue, it doesn’t make any sense.And then every time I get my vehicle serviced they send me this survey which comes across as extremely desperate for any possible positive response, well it’s not happening here, not after that.
