Awesome maintenance on my vehicle almost 18 years I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. Excellent Customer Service!! I had my car towed to Maita because my car just died as I was getting off the freeway on my way home from work. As soon the tow truck arrived at Mait I had my car towed to Maita because my car just died as I was getting off the freeway on my way home from work. As soon the tow truck arrived at Maita, my car was assigned a number and I was taken to see Eddie, my service advisor. I didn't know how I would get home, but Eddie offered a car rental. Luckily, Maita was open until 7pm or else I would have been out of luck. Eddie called me the next morning and found the alternator was out. He also took care of calling my warranty to see if the part would be covered. Eddie was truly an excellent service advisor and made me feel good about having my car at Maita. Thank you Eddie!! More
