Luis and Karina the best I recently went in for a regular maintenance and all went well. Since it’s was a 2.5 hour service they ubered me home and back! This was a very differ I recently went in for a regular maintenance and all went well. Since it’s was a 2.5 hour service they ubered me home and back! This was a very different experience from my previous service when I waited and waited and waited with lame excuses and no explanation from my service person. I always try to get Luis because his team is very efficient and he is very straight forward about how long it will take. Karina is also good. More

Great experience I had an appointment to have my car serviced, and when I arrived they knew who I was and was able to provide execellent service. My car was serviced I had an appointment to have my car serviced, and when I arrived they knew who I was and was able to provide execellent service. My car was serviced and ready for me in just under an hour. So overall, I recommend setting an appointment. Marlon was very friendly and took great care of me, offering free coffee and donuts. More

Bad Experience I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to the service center for a free brake check service that they advertise and had s I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to the service center for a free brake check service that they advertise and had scheduled an appointment. When I came in, they had a specific lane for those with appointments. I waited inside my car for over an hour until someone came to help me. The other lanes that did not have appointments were being helped before me. I then waited another 2 hours inside until someone came up and told me I needed my brakes completely replaced and that I needed to pay 60$ for the labor to find that out. I was extremely mad because I came in wanting only the complimentary brake check and wanted to charge me for extra labor I didn’t consent to. I ended up arguing my way out of the labor charges and went over to Maidas for a second opinion. It turns out my breaks have PLENTY of time left and they were at 6mm when Toyota told me I was at 3 or 4. I will never come here again. Advice - get a second opinion before getting service done here! More
