A little disappointing I had an oil change performed on 3/13/2018 and Ryan Griffin was my writer who was fine and friendly. After the work was performed he told me the results would be emailed to me and I said fine knowing nothing was really out of order with vehicle. I get home and sometime later I look at the technicians write up and it says air filter and cabin air filter are dirty. Had I been apprised of this while at Maita Toyota,I probably would have purchased both then and there. The reason for coming in is to have my vehicle serviced. I feel you fell short of the mark by your communication or lack thereof. Now I'm forced to make another trip to either Maita or an auto parts store to purchase said filters. I presume you would rather been the recipient of my purchase? More

Don't try to charge me to replace a brand new item on my car I had my tires and tire sensors replaced on a Friday and on Monday, the dealership said I needed to replace my three day old sensors. The sensors were I had my tires and tire sensors replaced on a Friday and on Monday, the dealership said I needed to replace my three day old sensors. The sensors were checked and were working. I wasn't prepared to spend over $1000 to replace something that was brand new and the dealership should not have recommended something so ridiculous. More

Excellent service I always go to Lee because I trust him and know that I will be taken care of. I gave 4 stars because it is expensive, telephone customer service is inferior and a lack of organization for after hours drop off I was unacceptable. 1) We would love that the prices were not so high. We are loyal customers and have been made aware that other service departments a more reasonable. 2) the customer service phone people lack the upbeat, pleasantry one would expect. They are not so helpful. 3). Had I not called in on Saturday to check my car it would not have been serviced. It was parked with the paperwork in it and no one knew it was dropped off. I was very concerned and thaiyggt it may have been stolen. That was careless and unacceptable. All drop off cars should be documented on a list so this doesn’t happen. I’m surprised that you don’t already have an efficient system in place. For that matter, Maura deserved 2 stars. Had it not been for Lee, it would have been. He did all he could to have the car ready by closing. Thank goodness, I didn’t need it by noon. More
