So glad I switched from Elk Grove Toyota Always friendly and honest. I never feel I’m being snowed or convinced to do something unnecessary. I barely earned a C- in auto-shop 37 years ago. Timeliness Not the Best this experience When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Final When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Finally someone escorted me to a service advisor, but not the one I was assigned to, a little irritating. Then upon waiting for my vehicle in the afternoon after five hours I called the dealership, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that my service advisor needed to speak with me regarding my car and she couldn’t tell me if my car was ready. I asked for the service advisor to call me right away. When he did call me he stated he try to call me, although I had no missed calls from Maita. I have not run into this situation with this dealership before, I did notice that they were very overwhelmed today with customers and that’s probably what it was. More
