She kept in mind the fact that I was planning on either trading or selling this car and made suggestions accordingly. I did end up deciding to replace the battery which they did while I waited. More

It is criminal that you charge $140 for a $5 piece of plastic handle designed to break so that your customers have to continue to replace it. I’ve had to replace this at least 4 times. I have been told already that it’s Toyota and not the dealers that make the part. I get that but if the dealership managements protested enough about the concerns of their customers especially repeat loyal one maybe they would listen. But I know you won’t so I’ll no doubt end up spending hundreds of dollars in the future to fix a chronic problem ecause in the end it’s all about the money and not the customer. More
