Great service, keeping my truck going for over 107,000 miles Always come here for oil change and tire rotation. I can do it myself but I like to have Toyota techs go over my vehicle to make sure its in top notch Always come here for oil change and tire rotation. I can do it myself but I like to have Toyota techs go over my vehicle to make sure its in top notch condition. Eddie is the man! Gives you what you need and nothing you don't. If an issue does arise, he lets you know if your vehicle is safe to drive or if it will affect any other parts. Never pushy, never tries to sell you on something you don't need. Kept my Tacoma running for 107,000 miles and I'm sure if I stick with Maita it will last 100,000 more! Thanks Eddie! More

Recently - Lack of communication I actually really really like this service center. I live in Elk Grove and still drive 30 minutes to bring my vehicle here due to the normal quality o I actually really really like this service center. I live in Elk Grove and still drive 30 minutes to bring my vehicle here due to the normal quality of service. I dropped the car off on a Friday at 1:30pm for a 4-5 hour repair for brakes and replace the onboard computer. I went home and called at 4pm to find out status and was told it's behind. I explained, I will come pick it up on Saturday... On Saturday, I called and they said the repairs had not started and should be done this afternoon and would be called back when complete. On Saturday at 3pm, I called and said I was never called back, they told me no one is sure what the status is and will call back, never got a call. On Monday morning at 9am, I called to find the status and once again told it's not complete but was promised I was to be called back before 4pm. At 3pm on Monday, they called me and said the car was complete. After I picked up the car, another service personnel told me that the mechanics thought someone already picked up the car and didn't realize no one touched it yet. No one apologized. Not one offered a reason as to why it took so long. When I asked, I appreciated the honesty after 3 days of poor communication, that was the least I expected. It's the only reason I did not rate as 1 star. More
