Service guys at desk could use some help The guy that checked me in at the car was fabulous! However, I can’t remember his name. The service gentleman behind the counter could use a little bit of help though. He wasn’t rude by any means. He just didn’t have that ”Go the extra mile feel” and he needs to listen better. When I first checked in I made some statements about the way the car felt and I could tell he wasn’t really hearing what I was saying. He was more going down a checklist and following that list. One thing I could’ve done as a customer was follow along on the computer screen that I could see and was facing me. However, for whatever reason I didn’t notice this. So, it might be good customer service just for the representative to say “hey, there is a screen right in front of you how about you follow along and make sure I’m getting this right?” So, in the end I had to come back and address the issues that I had voiced to him before and he didn’t hear. Plus, my check engine light was never turned off after the repairs were done. I came back a second time and felt a little bit like I had to coerce the representative in to helping me. He then helped me by getting a mechanic to do a drive along with me. This is where my experience changed! Justin was the mechanic that helped me and he was great. He listened to my words and told me what he thought was the problem and I really felt heard at this point. I ended up not having to leave my car simply because of the drive along with Justin. However, my check engine light is still on because with all the other things going on we all forgot to get it turned off! In the end Justin was fabulous! More

When I returned for my vehicle, it hadn't been washed and the Valet couldn't figure out which keys belonged to which vehicle. They told me a plethora of things were wrong with my vehicle and estimated $1500.00 worth of repairs. My boyfriend, a master mechanic, priced the parts for a fraction of the cost and the labor time was half of what Toyota estimated. It was not a good experience and I will likely not go back. 4 runner service Service agent was great. I had mybfrint and rear brakes replaced. I felt the cost was a bit too high. My tires were rotated but. It balanced. I had Service agent was great. 85k service When my children and I arrived all the lines were long. We drove into line 2 as per instructed when I made my 10:40am appt. We were out of the car When my children and I arrived all the lines were long. We drove into line 2 as per instructed when I made my 10:40am appt. We were out of the car within minutes and working at the counter with Eddy who was extremely friendly and very professional. My kids enjoyed some complimentary donuts and then we had some healthier snacks while we waited. My kids like playing on the ship and watching all the exotic fish in the tank. The time passes quickly, which we all appreciate! More

They had a lunch counter available in the dealer, but I chose to walk to the Haggin Oaks golf course a They did a 10K mile service while I had lunch. They had a lunch counter available in the dealer, but I chose to walk to the Haggin Oaks golf course and have lunch there. When I got back from lunch my car was ready. At other dealers sometimes it has been two hours before they even start working on my car, so this was a pleasant experience. I will be back. More

Quick service with no appointment I was in the dealership for an express lube and they said that my serpentine belt was cracked and should be replaced soon. After reading about it on I was in the dealership for an express lube and they said that my serpentine belt was cracked and should be replaced soon. After reading about it on line I went back two days later with no appointment. I thought I would need a shuttle ride home, etc but they were done in a little over an hour. I bought my car there and have continued to have all work and service done by Maita. More
