Why aren't you in Yolo County?!? Living in Woodland, I've been servicing my Toyota at a non-Maita dealership. My first vehicle was purchased and primarily serviced at the Auburn Blvd Living in Woodland, I've been servicing my Toyota at a non-Maita dealership. My first vehicle was purchased and primarily serviced at the Auburn Blvd location and I didn't realize how much I missed it until I made a hail-Mary stop on Friday to get an overdue oil change / fill. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. No lectures (even though it was likely due) about regular appointments, but rather education about when my next appointments should be. I realized how much better my car ran after visiting your location (even compared to when I would drive away from the other dealership's service department). I appreciated that my tires weren't insanely over-inflated as well. Although it's out of the way, I think I'll be making Maita home for my service appointments from this point forward. This is primarily due to the service and treatment I received from Jason. But seriously, if you would open a Toyota maintenance shop in Yolo County, that would be divine. I think the residents just go to the current one because of location convenience. PLEASE come to Woodland. More

Service was great- clear explanation services 4th door lock failed and service replaced it. This experience with the locks has been strange to say the least - Very frustrating that all 4 door lo 4th door lock failed and service replaced it. This experience with the locks has been strange to say the least - Very frustrating that all 4 door locks have required replacing (!!!!) on this Highlander. Not sure if this is a relatively common problem for these vehicles or not. It sure has been on mine! More

rear brake job i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on wai i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on waiting at the dealer - by 1 pm still no car -i called and was told tim was at lunch - it was a little after 1 pm - so I said he should be back by now - the lady told me he got an hour and could I just look to see if he was at his dest - I told her no one was there and I had a 2 pm appt - she checked it out and told me tim went home sick - I ended up having to rent the car again and returned at 3 pm and still no car - no one could tell me what the hold up was - so I had to get the rental again and go home and finally my car was done by 5 pm - very stressful - ended up getting rental car for free but very unsatisfactory experience and felt like the women on the phone was rude and uninformed -someone should have told me tim went home sick and that I had another service advisor - also I had the oil changed the day before and did not get a new sticker elling me when my next oil change is due More

I explained that this was regarding my fantastic 2016 highlander, and that The volume of my security system was not adequate, and added that this was the only issue I have at this time. They promptly schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible and not me personally at the service desk. I was encouraged that he assigned one of his best troubleshooters to assist me regarding my issue. Within a half hour my car was ready. This is my fifth Toyota product that I have purchased from Maita Toyota. This type of extra services one of the reasons I continue with Malia, and recommend them highly to friends and family all the time Keep up the good work thanks again Brian More

We were greeted warmly and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The lounge is very comfortable and has a fantastic kid space. We had lunch, which was delicious and reasonably priced. We shopped in their store and watched TV so the longer than expected (3 hour) wait went by quite fast. They explained everything very clearly and gave us all the paperwork, including the CarFax on the vehicle. Super helpful! I would definitely go back if I lived in the Sacramento area! The prices are fair, and you feel so confident about the quality of the work being done! More
