A Service Department I Can Trust Having had several Toyota vehicles, I have had many years relying on the Maita Toyota Service Department. Val will take the time to explain things to me or give me the confidence that something can wait until another service date. As a female, who has little knowledge of vehicles, it important to have that trust and know that someone is looking out for your best interest at that time. Thank you Val! More

Great experience Service mg Brian provided great customer service on recent visit. Was previously having service at E.G. Toyota, which is much more convenient, however Service mg Brian provided great customer service on recent visit. Was previously having service at E.G. Toyota, which is much more convenient, however E.G. wanted to charge me $ 185 to diagnose AC issue. $ 0.00 at Maida. ( Still under warranty & I have extended service contract). SVC mg Joe (maita) said 30 thousand mile service would take 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Was done in 1 hr 20 min. More
