When I picked it up, it was a bit dusty (perhaps because of the rain that day), and it made me question what was actually done. For this new purchase vehicle, I’m skeptical about the value of this add-on service that I pre-purchased. I would love for someone on the Toyota team to contact me to go over what was done and how I can tell that it was actually done. Thank you! More
Expected detailed review of auto, (brakes, Fluids, tires etc), did not receive. Later found out I had to request. All previous Toyota Dealers did this as normal. We have been going to Maita since 2008; we have had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that entire time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that entire time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it shows Maita is a company that hires great people who make their careers there. Happy employees take great care of their customers toooooo!!!!! Norbert Santos is our Advisor now. He is perfect and he is the main reason we are now waiting for our brand new 2025 Highlander Platinum Hybrid to arrive. We know how much love he has already shown to our other vehicles; he will take great care of our new one also. More
