Returned the car dirty and didn’t do a good job. First of all I had to bring back my truck because they damaged it while it was getting routine maintenance service. It took 3 weeks in the shop to ge First of all I had to bring back my truck because they damaged it while it was getting routine maintenance service. It took 3 weeks in the shop to get it fixed for the bodywork that wasn’t my fault. When the car was returned to me it was dirty on the inside, as well as the outside. The body repair still had some scratches that I had to buff out myself. The protective covers that were applied are now peeling because they weren’t applied properly. Very bad work for repairing something they damaged. They obviously didn’t care enough to make it presentable. More

Less than optimal. I brought my new car in because i was getting a warning light related to the tires. The service department automatically set up a first maintenance o I brought my new car in because i was getting a warning light related to the tires. The service department automatically set up a first maintenance on the car without asking me if i wanted that. When I saw that the maintenance was to be done, I just went along with it even though it was a little early. I asked if they would come find me in the waiting area when the car was ready and the employee said they would. When it seemed to me that the car should be ready I went to the counter and asked. I was told that the car had been ready for ten minutes and that they had tried to phone me. I am in my late seventies, and did not realize they would phone. In fact, I had given them my land line number, so did not even get the call. I realize that I am out of step with technology. No explanation was given about the warning light. I asked if they had checked to see if the air in each tire was correct. He said yes, and the tires were fine. I asked about the warning light and he said temperature changes might account for the error light coming on. This does just not sound right to me, but felt there was not much else i could do. Everyone was courteous, and I think each person was trying to do their job to the best of their ability. However, I did leave feeling that my needs had been met at a less than optimal level. More

They happily accept discount coupons and are so kind and friendly. They offer you coffee, tea and pastry’s while you wait. There is plenty of seating. If your car needs something additional, the representative comes over to you to discuss it with you before the work is done. They will even tell you if you can wait until the next service to get the item or if you need it immediately. I love the honesty, friendly service and atmosphere. The prices can’t be beat either. I always have a coupon for whatever I need. I trust this facility and have told other family and friends to use this car service facility. More
