I received a call at 9:30am from Brian. They had already done a a full assessment and found a few other things wrong with the car. They also helped me work with my extended warranty to get half the unexpected cost paid for. Great team over there! More

Very good service I've been taking my car here since 2004 when I bought it. Everyone is friendly and they compete the work I ask for or they think it's ready to have. They even tell me "No" when I ask for something I really don't need that I think might be near ready. (Like my battery that tested just fine and should get two more years). I trust them with my car and my money and have for 14 years. More

Poor process I went in for regular maintenance and waited in the shop. After they were finished, they let me know the car was ready and had me wait for it outside. I went in for regular maintenance and waited in the shop. After they were finished, they let me know the car was ready and had me wait for it outside. I waited 20 minutes before asking what the xxxx was going on. The workers explained that the car must have had a duplicate tag, and that my car had been parked rather than retrieved. As if that meant anything to me. What I found interesting was that they knew about this problem and had no remedy. I guess they don’t mind keeping customers waiting around. I won’t be back. More
