Quick reliable service I take my Prius to the Maita Toyota Dealership for regular servicing. Eddie handled my appointment and prior to the appt, made sure they had the right size tires on hand for my vehicle. I feel like Maita takes care of their customers the way they want to be treated. No help My air conditioner is not working and when I brought it in to the dealership after I came back to pick it up, they told me that the defrost button was My air conditioner is not working and when I brought it in to the dealership after I came back to pick it up, they told me that the defrost button was on and that was the problem, acting like a didn’t know what a defrost button is on a car. I told him no that is not it because I know what that is and when the air conditioning stops working I press that button and it doesn’t start working again.. and he said well that was what was wrong... in a hurry I left... now my air conditioning still is going in and out, works sometimes and sometimes it's turned all the way up heat or cold and no air blows out....and now it is making a loud clicking noise from behind the glove carparemement box... this car is brand new but I commute 100 miles round trip a day and when this started happening 3 weeks ago I brought it in as soon as I could because my 36000 mile warranty is almost up.. I pay 400 plus dollars a month and just wanted them to fix my air conditioning and not blow me off or make me feel like an idiot.. More

They replaced them 5 times but the noise I had taken my toyota back to brake masters because the brakes they installed were screaching extremely loud. They replaced them 5 times but the noise continued to get worse. Then i was told i needed a rear drum and front rotor. That did not stop the noise. They even went as far to say they could not hear the noise and nothing was wrong with my brakes. I brought my car to Maita and the noise was caused by the after market brake pads Brake Masters installed. I had Maita install the correct brake pads and the noise stopped. I should have brought my car to Maita instead of going to Brake Masters in the first place. Expensive lesson learned. Maita hooked me up with a free rental car for the weekend as the parts were not in stock that Saturday. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the repairs to my car. My service rep Marlon wwnt above and beyond to accomodate me. More
