Long wait Friendly and helpful staff. I did have an issue with the wait. I had an appointment for 11 am for an oil change and my car was not ready until almost Friendly and helpful staff. I did have an issue with the wait. I had an appointment for 11 am for an oil change and my car was not ready until almost 1 pm. Two hours seems a little excessive for just an oil change. Was also promised a free car wash but when I got to my car is was not washed. I had already spend 2 hours at the dealership and wasn’t not willing to wait while they took the car back to wash it. Helpful and responsive Provided service when I called in for noticing a burning smell on the highway while driving.twi days in a row. My service advisor told me after having looked at it and the mechanic looked at it that the exhaust pipe had some debris on it that was burning. Debris was removed. Felt relieved that I was correct in bringing it in to be looked at. More

Very Good Experience Both Reps. Junko Case & Bob Picchi were Outstanding. Junko provided the right Service that was needed and in a timely manner assisted me with a Rental Both Reps. Junko Case & Bob Picchi were Outstanding. Junko provided the right Service that was needed and in a timely manner assisted me with a Rental Car and a lyft when needed and Bob stayed open so I could get there before closing due to the Friday Commute Traffic. Both are considerate. Bob also showed me and gave me info regarding the new 2018 Toyota Camry's (he showed me things on the Toyota Rental Car) which gave me an insight in the possible purchase of my next car.
