A LONG TIME Been going there for years. First time I have ever had to wait 2 and a half hours for a routine maintenance that as usual was estimated at an hour and Been going there for years. Routine service took way too long. I was told my service would take about one and an half hour. From check-in to getting in car took 2 and3/4 hours. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Service Overall service was good. However I called 4 times and could not get to service advisor, had to leave a message. Something was wrong with my phone and Overall service was good. 2002 Sienna Krum Advisor Brian Butcher and Tech Christopher Naylor did an excellent job fixing my car. I asked to wash the car and I know it was done however their car washer must not have soap in the machine. Even the windshield did not get clean. It did not distract from the car service. More
