This week I had two service appointments, one for regular maintenance and The service at this dealership is consistent, professional, and efficient. This week I had two service appointments, one for regular maintenance and one (the following day) to buy and have a new battery installed. Marlon Nonog was particularly helpful on the second service, as I was concerned that this was my third new battery in 9 years (of having the car), each lasting only 3 years and only between 24,000 and 30,000 miles. Also, and this has nothing to do with dealership service, but rather is directed to the Toyota company. My family has had 4 Toyotas (2 Camrys, 1 Corolla, and 1 Tundra), and all have been excellent vehicles. However, my next new-car purchase will NOT be a Toyota--because the TOYOTA COMPANY recently decided to side with the Trump Administration on auto emissions standards (rather than to side with the State of California). In my opinion this was a TERRIBLE decision by Toyota. So instead of "automatically" buying another Toyota, I will purchase a vehicle whose manufacturer decided to stay with the California emissions standards (Honda, for example). I certainly would like to see Toyota change its mind on this critical issue. More

Excellent service and personnel I had a slow leak in one of the tires on my 2008 4Runner and was near Maita. I also needed new wiper blades and an oil change so I decided to go to Ma I had a slow leak in one of the tires on my 2008 4Runner and was near Maita. From the moment I drove into the service bay and spoke to Al who said they would take care of me with a 2 hour wait, which was not a problem for me. I have gone to Maita Toyota on many occasions for service and have always had an excellent experience with them. I highly recommend Maita Toyota. More
