When I was driving home after the 75,000 mile service, I was shocked to see the tiny chip had turned into an immense crack, all the way up the windshield. It was NOT that way when I brought it in, so I am annoyed. More

He followed up with a personal examination of the radiator as well as to fully review the service invoice. He was very factual and specific about the entire matter, explaining both our concerns and those of the company. Thorough first servicing of my car I bought my car from another Toyota dealer but came here for my Toyota Care servicing. I had to wait a bit, both to be served and then for the servicing to be completed, but the folks were friendly and attentive when they got to my case. The waiting area was pleasant and the coffee and donuts were very much appreciated. I would recommend them and intend to go back there again for my next servicing. More
Typical Dealer Service Experience This rating accurately represents my most recent visit as well as serves as a summary rating for my many experiences at this dealership. In this revie This rating accurately represents my most recent visit as well as serves as a summary rating for my many experiences at this dealership. In this review, I will focus on only my most recent visit. I was given an approximate 6 hour wait time for a water pump assembly replacement, oil and filter change, and tire rotation. Not ideal since I had made an appointment beforehand, but understandable since my appointment was only for the oil and filter change. I was quoted $650 for replacement of the water pump assembly. An arbitrary amount for someone who may not know how much a water pump assembly should cost. The problem was that I was quoted $450 for the same work at my last service appointment, which happened to be 9 months ago. The first problem is the major inconsistency between service advisors at this location for the same work. The second quote is a 45% markup on the first quote. This creates a perception of dishonesty and crookedness. The second problem occurred when I brought up this difference to my service advisor. He deflected any accountability by indicating that labor costs went up and quotes were good for only 30 days. I guess I should have believed that pricing changes would take an additional $200 out of my pocket for the same work. I argued some more and magically the price went down about $200. I am good with the end result, but the process to get there was unacceptable and frankly unethical. Once the price was reduced, I asked how the price could change so dramatically. My service advisor unapologetically responded that he did whatever he could to cut down on costs for the customer. Please. I am glad I saved $200, but how do I know the $450 price tag was legitimate to begin with? I don't. I have no confidence in their pricing for anything other than an oil change. The third problem has to do with my alleged wiper streaking. I was informed of this problem and decided not to replace wipers at this time. When I got into my car, I was left with visual evidence of wiper testing! My windshield (which was clean before), looked like wet and dry spotted garbage. Three problems, three lost stars. Not to mention the fact that I was supposed to be offered 50% off of wheel covers due to problems from my previous visit. No thank you. I am good without the (still) overpriced wheel covers. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the location in relation to my home and workplace. I also prefer having a dealer service the car because I feel more confident I am getting quality work from the experts. If another Toyota dealer was closer, I would happily go elsewhere. More
