I can't give 5 stars due to the person who took my call for the appt. told me I could get the coupon. Once checked in I was told I could not due to the type of vehicle I had. Provide coupon deals to all cars even if a little higher for one type. Plus, this time it took a while to get to a customer service person. They usually have someone available immediately. Additionally, once I got my car back the settings were changed and the seat had been changed. Don't change my settings!!!! It looked like my radio and fan settings were not working. Also, you can back the seat up but don't change the back settings!!! They don't have to drive far for the service so leave the seat alone other than backing it up. It took me 5 minutes or more to get every back and I am still having issues getting the seat where I want it again. More

Battery Replacement I had my battery replaced and was pro-rated on the price since the battery had been installed almost 5 years ago and the warranty was for 84 months. Val Valadez Is The Best!!! We were on our way to Yosemite and had just passed through Elk Grove on the freeway when the dash board on our 2005 Prius lit up like a Christmas tre We were on our way to Yosemite and had just passed through Elk Grove on the freeway when the dash board on our 2005 Prius lit up like a Christmas tree. Yeah, and to add insult to injury, we were temporarily in the fast lane passing a slower vehicle. Very scary if I must say so. We immediately called Val and told him what had happened; he asked if the car was having any current problems running and we said no. We told him we were heading back to Maita and off we went back to Sacramento. Val had Lee Razola waiting for us to get checked in, and Mike get us a rental car and off we went toward Yosemite. The next day Val called with the repair estimate and said he could have it ready by Friday when we returned to Sacramento. Just like clock work, the car was done, price was great (they gave us a discount for a repair on a 10 year old car) and we got it back on Friday PM. Perfect way to get your car fixed especially when you did not plan on having that kind of problems with it. Special shout out to Lee Reloza for signing us in for Val. More
